By accessing BrightNote, you agree to use the platform for legitimate educational assessment purposes and in line with your school's policies and applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
AI grading & teacher control
BrightNote provides AI-assisted grading and feedback. Educators remain responsible for reviewing and approving results before they are published to students or families.
Data ownership
Your school retains ownership of its content and student data. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & changes
We work hard to keep BrightNote reliable and may update features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use.
